Welcome to the Fitness Department! Our goal is to help you maintain and or attain a helthy life-style. The staff: aerobic instructors, personal and boxing trainers are caring, highly qualified and listen to your needs.
Ongoing fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels. They include: Cycle/Abs, Boxing for Fitness, Weights & Stretch, Body Bar & Abs, Yogalates, Cardio Interval, Total Body Blitz, Cardio Kick and Zumba.
Senior Classes include: Health Bones & Body, Move & Groove, Seniors in Motion and the nationwide program Silver Sneakers.
Cardio and Weight Rooms
Classes not your thing, we also have comprehensive cardio and weight rooms. The Cardio room has treadmills, ellipticals, climbers, rowing machines and recumbent and cycle bikes. Bring your I-pod or headphones, the equipment is equipped with cardio theatre.
The Weight room is filled with free weights and selectorized machines. It will fit your every desire and is constantly being updated.
