Urban Renewal Authority

The DURA Plan was prepared by the City staff.  It was prepared to satisfy the requirements of § 31-25-107(1), C.R.S., that an urban renewal plan be adopted by the governing body of the municipality before an urban renewal authority undertakes an Urban Renewal Project (as defined later in this Plan). The administration and implementation of this Plan, including the preparation and execution of any documents implementing it, shall be performed by DURA.
