City Manager

Elyse Ackerman Casselberry started with the City in August of 2020 as City Manager. Elyse has worked in local and state government since 2001 in community development and public administration with some of the largest and some of the smallest local governments in the State including Douglas County, the Town of Silverton, and served as a regional manager for the Department of Local Affairs. Most recently Elyse was the Community & Economic Development director for Delta County. She is excited to work with the City Council, City residents, and Businesses to guide Delta into the future. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BA in Environmental Studies and Prescott College with an MA in Ecology and Resource Management.
