The City of Delta Building Department has adopted and references the following codes:

Our Building Department provides information and permits for commercial and residential construction, electrical work, demolition (state permit also needed), house moving, wood stove installation, re-roofing, additions, and excavation.

For Building Department information, contact City Building Department at (970) 874-7909 or email comdev@cityofdelta.net. The building department requests at least a day to process simple permits such as electrical, re-roofs and mechanical; other permits such as single family homes, solar, commercial and signs take longer.

The City of Delta does not process plumbing permits or inspections. Please contact the state for plumbing permits.
