H-38 Park

H-38 Park isn't a traditional park as much as it is just a beautiful place to look at while driving into Delta or waiting for the light to change. This flower bed is the first of many flower beds in Delta, populated with many of the Canna Lilly and Dahlia plants that Parks Department staff propagates every year. It also holds the first way-finding sign for the multiple award winning Devil's Thumb Golf Course.
